Artist's Statement --
Perhaps the most beautiful thing about art is that its appeal, meaning, and importance, are completely different for everyone. As an artist I hope to be able to demonstrate that there is something appealing to be found even in the most ordinary subject; something meaningful, in that it may evoke a memory or suggest a relationship; and most of all, that art becomes important in everyone's life; whether it brings a smile, warms the heart, provokes thought, or brings a measure of peace.
